Etta James is coming to The Hummingbird Centre, and as usual...I'm late on the draw.
I went to buy tickets and found that there are only shitty seats left...and not only shitty, but singles as well.
So, The Mister and I can go out on a date and sit separately.
Ummm...no...maybe next time...

Etta was a no-show years back at the B.B. King Blues Festival up at Kingswood due to health reasons. Bummer. I did see her recently on Austin City Limits, though, and she looked great, so she should be around for a while. Better luck next time!
